Computer, eWaste, & Electronics Recycling in Bellevue, WA
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Electronic equipment and devices continue to become more advanced, diverse, and cheaper to acquire. If you want to enhance your organization with the latest technology upgrades, you must first understand how to properly dispose of your old electronics with e-waste recycling in Washington. Items that no longer work, have become obsolete, or are nearing the end of their useful life are referred to as “e-waste.” Computers, servers, and other electronics used by corporate organizations not only hold sensitive data that must be protected, but they also contain harmful materials that affect the environment and human health. Failure to properly decommission and dispose of this equipment allows toxic metals, flame retardants, and other pollutants to enter your community.
R3e Waste can help you stay compliant with government regulations, protect your neighbors, and preserve the environment with our fully inclusive electronics and computer recycling services. “Reduce, reuse, recycle” is not simply a mantra at our company, but a commitment we take seriously. We strive to reduce the e-waste that ends up in landfills, reuse functional devices by selling them for added revenue, and recycle products that cannot be repaired. This helps you save money, decrease consumption of natural resources, and steward the environment for future generations. When you work with us, we handle every stage of the IT asset disposition, so you don’t have to worry about coordinating services from multiple vendors or spending extra money.

E-Waste Pick Up Services
Our trained specialists arrive right at your door to collect your e-waste for no additional fee. We can decommission your IT assets and equipment for you, or you can handle this step yourself if you prefer. We offer white-glove service for pallets and wrapping. We disassemble secure components, like equipment from data centers, onsite to ensure your data is secured until it reaches our facility for processing. After we pack and secure your items, we deliver them to our facility. Residential customers can drop off their e-waste at our recycling center anytime between 8 AM and 3 PM during the week.
E-Waste Sorting and Tracking
When your e-waste arrives at our facility, we sort, tag, and weigh every item individually and enter it into our industry-leading Inventory Management System (IMS). This proprietary web-based software tracks all electronic waste from the minute it arrives at our facility until it reaches its final destination for maximum transparency and accountability. We provide you with log-in credentials for this system so you can easily track your items through every stage of the recycling process in real-time. Online reports will include items eligible for resale as well as items that we plan to recycle.
Secure Data Destruction
We erase data on all storage devices, hard drives, and data-bearing equipment using an intensive four-pass data wipe process used by the Department of Defense. This process consists of replacing the data in each sector with a character, replacing each character with a complement, filling every memory address with zeros, and then performing a “zero-sum” check to ensure every address reads zero. After each item is thoroughly wiped and tested, we either destroy it via shredding or crushing if it cannot be refurbished or move forward with recycling and resale. We provide a certificate of destruction or certificate of recycling for every item and offer serialized data-wipe certifications.
E-Waste Sale and Revenue Sharing
We repair and refurbish any reusable IT assets, determine their value, make them available for resale to our downstream partners, and return a portion of the revenue directly to you. Members of our Partner Program receive access to a customized Dashboard Web Portal that gathers data from our IMS in real-time. By inputting your log-in credentials, you can track every item that arrives at our facility, find out which items were sold, who purchased them, and for what price. You can also see exactly what to expect from your return. We subtract one-third of the revenue total for operational costs (such as testing, labor, sales, and shipping), then give you 50% of the remainder.
