Computer, eWaste, & Electronics Recycling in Everett, WA
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Technology continues to evolve every year, and businesses around the globe use increasingly innovative tools to optimize their operations and achieve rapid growth. Using the latest and greatest tools for your company allows you to streamline processes, maintain secure data flow, reduce costs, and enhance the performance, efficiency, and communication of your team. To meet the needs of your customers and stay competitive in any industry, you must keep up with these advances. Upgrading your electronic equipment and devices can be an exciting prospect, but it does pose one important challenge – what do you do with your old electronics?
Properly disposing of nonfunctional, outdated, and unused electronics is necessary for protecting your customers and your company. Failure to wipe, decommission, and destroy any equipment or devices containing sensitive data makes you vulnerable to financial liability and legal consequences that result from a breach of confidentiality. Disposing of electronics with regular refuse also significantly impacts the environment by allowing toxic metals, flame retardants, and other harmful materials to leech into the soil, groundwater, and air within your community.
R3eWaste makes recycling simple, easy, and cost-effective for any business in Everett or throughout Washington state. We offer a full range of e-waste and computer recycling services in Gig harbor for corporate clients, municipalities, and government agencies. Our process involves reducing landfill waste by accepting hazardous materials other recycling companies cannot process, reusing functional devices by repairing and reselling them, and recycling everything else. Through nationwide IT disposition and secure data destruction, our trained, fully insured team can handle all your recycling needs and protect your company from corporate risk.

Collect E-Waste
Our trained specialists pick up your electronic waste from your business for no added fee. Some clients prefer to decommission their IT assets and equipment on their own, but we recommend allowing our experts to do this for you. If you need assistance with packing your items, we offer white glove pallet and wrapping services. When handling secure components, such as equipment in data centers, we disassemble them either on-site or at our facility for maximum data security. Then we pack and deliver your items directly to our facility. We do not pick up recycling at residences. Residential clients must drop off their items from 8 AM to 3 PM on weekdays. Some items may carry a small fee.
Sort and Track E-Waste
After your electronics arrive at our facility, we sort, tag, and weigh each item individually and create a detailed inventory using our proprietary Inventory Management System (IMS). This allows us to track all items during every stage of processing and gives you easy online reports you can access at any time. By simply logging in with the credentials we provide, you can see which items will be resold and which will be recycled, then follow their progress from the moment they arrive until they reach their final destination.
Securely Destroy Data
Our IT asset disposition program adheres to the same security standards implemented by the Department of Defense. We erase data on every storage device, hard drive, or piece of data-bearing equipment with a complete four-pass data wipe. This process involves replacing all data in each sector with a character, substituting each character with a complement, filling all memory addresses with zeros, and performing a final check to ensure they all contain only zeros. When the item has been wiped and tested, we will either recycle it by selling it or destroy it via shredding or crushing if resale is not possible. We provide serialized data-wipe certifications as well as a certificate of recycling or certificate of destruction for each item.
Reuse or Recycle E-Waste
Any assets that can be resold will be repaired and refurbished, appraised, and marketed to our downstream partners for resale. Any revenue we make will be reduced by approximately one-third to account for operational costs, then we return half of the remaining revenue directly to you. Signing up for our free Partner Program sets you up with a customized Dashboard Web Portal connected to our IMS. You can use this dashboard to track your items in real-time, learn information about their resale, and determine what to expect from your return.
