Computer, eWaste, & Electronics Recycling in Kent, WA
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
It’s odd to think that the term e-waste was not in anyone’s vocabulary only a short period ago. The rise in technology has given birth to this term, as the electronic waste we create after consuming the increasing number of gadgets and devices is now becoming an environmental issue. The negative effects of electronic waste on human health and the environment have caught the attention of people and governments all over the world, and many are now trying to do something about it.
One of the most forward-thinking places when it comes to e-waste and computer recycling is the city of Kent, Washington. At R3eWaste, we have already had the opportunity to work with this city and its residents in managing their e-waste. We are excited to continue this partnership and help Kent lead the way in reducing the environmental impact of electronic waste.

Collection
R3eWaste has various curbside drop-off locations throughout Bothell where you can bring your old and unwanted gadgets and devices for e-cycle. We also offer free pick-up for businesses and large quantities of e-waste. During the collection phase, we carefully sort the electronics and dismantle them into their component parts for reuse.
Sorting
We take time to sort through the incoming e-waste and weigh and measure each piece. This is important to help us to understand the amount and type of e-waste we are dealing with and the best way to recycle each piece. We take pride in our accuracy and want to ensure that each piece of e-waste is recycled responsibly.
Data destruction
Once the e-waste is sorted, we begin shredding all the data from the electronics. This is an important step in protecting your personal information and ensuring that the electronics are recycled properly.
Assessing value and giving back
After the data is erased, we assess the value of each piece of e-waste and give back a portion to the customer. This encourages responsible recycling and helps to offset some of the costs associated with it. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to recycle their e-waste, and we are committed to making this process as easy and affordable as possible.
