Data and equipment security should be a priority for your company from the acquisition stage all the way through the disposal of equipment and IT assets no longer in use. By choosing R3eWaste, you can be confident that you have an ITAD program that will keep you in compliance with government regulations by safely and securely disposing of outdated equipment and client information.
Our services include decommissioning your IT assets if you prefer not to handle this in-house, packing your assets for transportation, complete inventory, wiping all data storage devices, and the destruction or recycling of all wiped devices. Our IMS system allows the tracking of all inventory, including equipment refurbished for resale. Finally, we return the revenue back to our members.
An ITAD program offers you full transparency to ensure your IT assets’ safe disposal, minimizing your corporate risk and providing you with an opportunity to recover a portion of your original investment.
The R3eWaste Inventory Management System (IMS) allows us to track all electronic waste from the moment it arrives at our facility until it reaches its endpoint. Our company developed this software to ensure transparency and provide our customers with the confidence that their eWaste is handled responsibly.
Our R3eWaste Dashboard allows members to track anticipated revenue from any resales of their components.
At R3eWaste, we understand the importance of data security and realize that a failure to properly destroy data is not merely a breach of confidentiality. It is also a possible legal and financial liability issue. Our four-step data erasure is standard practice for all data-bearing devices we collect. This erasure process is stringent enough to pass the standards set forth by the US Department of Defense. We also offer onsite shredding and crushing for drives that contain extremely sensitive data. Upon request, we are able to provide you with a serialized certificate of data deletion.
By becoming a member of the R3eWaste Partner Program, you can streamline your business’s recycling needs, saving you time and money. Members have access to the R3eWaste Dashboard Web Portal. Regular updates to the Inventory Management System dashboard allow you to track all commodities to their endpoint. Members can also view any commodity sales to determine potential returns on their recycled devices.
